Terms and Conditions

for the competition:
UEFA Europa League Final 2025 – Fan Festival Ticket Raffle

1. Promoter, participation

  1. The reference to a gender in these terms and conditions includes both sexes.
  2. The competition, the contest or the prize draw (“the competition”) will be organised by Hankook Tire Europe GmbH (“the promoter”).

2. Participation

Visitors must participate in the shootout in order to have a chance to register for the ticket raffle. If a participant hits a target, they gain access to a QR code that allows them to register for the “UEFA Europa League Final 2025 – Fan Festival Ticket Raffle”. If the participant does not hit a target, they can still collect a giveaway item from the handout section at the Hankook container.

When the raffle is closed, winners will be selected from the pool of registered participants using a randomized decision matrix and contacted immediately.

  1. Participants must queue up for the shootout.
  2. From a small stage facing the waterfront, they attempt to shoot a ball into a target located in the river.
  3. While waiting in the queue, participants can already register for the ticket raffle via QR code.
  4. Every participant who joins the campaign will be entered into the prize draw.
  5. After registration, each participant may collect a giveaway item from the booth.
  6. If a participant hits one or more targets, their name will be noted internally to increase their chances of winning.

3. Prizes

  1. Once the ticket raffle closes, the winners will be drawn.
  2. Six winners will be chosen using a randomized system:
    • 3×2 UEFA Europa League Final 2025 Tickets – Tuesday, 20th May after 6.00 PM
    • 3×2 UEFA Europa League Final 2025 Tickets – Wednesday, 21th May after 4.00 PM
  3. Selected winners will be contacted via email.
  4. After providing a short confirmation, winners will receive their tickets via email or the UEFA Ticketing App.
  5. A cash payout or exchange of prizes is not possible. The prize is non-transferable.

4. Early termination of the competition and exclusion from the prize draw

  1. Hankook Tire Europe GmbH reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without notice and without stating reasons. Without any restriction upon such a right, the Hankook Tire Europe GmbH can make use of this right in particular if the proper execution of the competition is disturbed or impeded, e.g. by hacker attacks, technical problems, manipulation or hardware or software malfunctions, or for legal reasons. The promoter does not guarantee that the competition will run to a successful conclusion. If the termination is caused by the act of a participant, the Hankook Tire Europe GmbH may demand compensation for this damage or loss from this person.
  2. The Hankook Tire Europe GmbH also reserves the right to exclude a participant from the competition due to a breach of the rules or these terms and conditions, or as a result of any undue influence upon the results during the course of the competition.
  3. Those persons who use prohibited means or otherwise obtain an advantage through manipulation will be excluded from the competition. Where appropriate in these cases, the prizes may be subsequently withdrawn or reclaimed.
  4. If the competition is cancelled, the Hankook Tire Europe GmbH will not be liable for any loss of any money or expenses incurred by the participants or winners.

5. Data protection

  1. The data transmitted by the participants will be stored in a separate database belonging to the Hankook Tire Europe GmbH exclusively for purposes of the competition. The participant agrees to this use and storage of his data.
  2. The promoter will pass on the personal data of a participant to a third party solely for the purpose of the execution of the competition.
  3. The processing and use of the data of the participant will take place in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations. The participant may at any time revoke his consent to the storage of his data by contacting:

    The participant may also contact our Data Protection Department if they should require information regarding the data stored about them, or want to have it corrected, or if they would like to know more about the general data processing operations.

6. Appeal, applicable law

  1. There is no legal right of appeal.

7. Hankook Permission Statement

  1. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, participants give permission that Hankook Tire Europe GmbH (henceforth: company) may produce and use photographs and video recordings of their person / or of their child under age of 18 and/or use already produced photographs and video recordings for utilisation and publishing on the company’s website(s) (including Hankook.win), media and social media channels (including Instagram and Facebook).
  2. The data may become known to employees working on the production and editing of the publications, as well as people to whom the company forwards said publications for production (e.g.: printing) purposes.
  3. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, participants are also aware that this consent is granted for an indefinite period, unless they request information, rectification, erasure or blocking of their data (photos/video) from the company’s publications, media and social media (e-mail: [email protected]), and that they may also apply to court in the event of breach of their rights.
