The competition is run by Hankook Tyre UK Ltd of Fawsley Drive, Heartlands Business Park, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 8UG (‘Hankook Tyres’). The competition is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only. This excludes employees of Hankook Tyres, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
The competition is open to any customer buying a Hankook tyre from a participating retailer. Each customer will be given a card showing a unique reference number for each tyre. To enter the competition, the customer will need to log onto real-madrid.uk.hankook.win, enter the unique reference number shown on the card, their name and contact details and answer the question shown on the card. The customer will receive an automated message acknowledging and confirming the entry via the website.
The customer must retain their unique reference number card and receipt in order to claim their prize.
Customers entering the competition in accordance with the above conditions will be entered into a draw to win two VIP Real Madrid tickets. The winner will be notified by telephone or email, using the contact details used to enter.
The prize includes:
- Return standard flights from a designated UK airport (determined by Hankook Tyres) to Madrid Airport
- Two VIP Hospitality tickets to see a Real Madrid match at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. The tickets, date and time of the match will be chosen at Hankook Tyre’s discretion.
- One night’s accommodation for the winner and one guest in a hotel selected by Hankook Tyres on a Bed & Breakfast basis sharing one twin or double room. The winner will require a current debit or credit card with sufficient funds available in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes and for any additional room charges.
The prize does not include transport to and from any airport, meals or drinks (other than those specified), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visa, vaccinations and any other costs not specified as part of the prize.
The winner’s guest must be 18 years or older. The winner and their guest must hold a current passport valid for a minimum of six months on the date of departure from the UK. The winner is also responsible for obtaining any other relevant travel documentation required to travel to and gain entry to Spain, including adequate insurance without limitation covering overseas medical costs and ensure the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by Hankook Tyres.
The winner must provide passport details for both themselves and their guest. The winner is responsible for informing Hankook Tyres of any wheelchair or special requirements for the winner and/or their guest and for ensuring they adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. The winner and their guest shall also comply with all local Spanish laws.
The winner acknowledges that Hankook Tyres will have no responsibility and is not obliged to offer any alternative prize if the Real Madrid game does not take place for any reason, or if any flight arranged by Hankook Tyres is cancelled, postponed or delayed for whatever reason. No alternative prize will be offered if the winner or their guest is unable, for whatever reason, to travel.
The winner or their guest must not be subject to any football banning orders or past convictions related to football hooliganism. Hankook Tyres reserve the right to conduct checks against the prize winners in such circumstances.
The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the prize draw and shall participate in that activity at Hankook’s reasonable request. By entering the competition, you consent to Hankook Tyres using your name, photograph, voice and image for publicity purposes in any medium and in advertising, marketing and promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice. This consent applies both before and after the prize draw takes place for an unlimited time.
Additionally, all valid entries will be entered in a draw at the end of the promotion for a 2nd prize to win an Xbox One X with FIFA 19 and weekly draws, where the winners will be awarded a Real Madrid football and shirt. Each winner will be notified by phone call or email using the contact details which they used to enter. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days after this call or email, the prize will be withdrawn.

By entering the prize draw, customers consent to Hankook Tyres retaining their personal data. Any such data will be processed in accordance with Hankook Tyres’ privacy policy, a copy of which is available at http://www.hankooktire.com/uk/privacy-policy.html and may be used for publicity purposes, as set out above.
