Is this a real competition?
Yes! All raffles and promotions on hankook.win are 100% real. The platform is the official promotion microsite of Hankook Tire Europe, a renowned international tyre brand. All prizes are genuine and will be awarded to the winners at the end of each competition. For complete details, please see the Terms and Conditions.
Will I receive confirmation of participation?
After participating, each participant will receive an email from the system confirming their participation.
When are the winners contacted?
Winners are contacted shortly after each raffle closes. Our team makes sure to reach out as quickly as possible so winners can enjoy their prize without delay.
How do I know if I have won?
If you’re a winner, you will be personally notified by our team—either via email and/or telephone using the contact details you provided during participation. Please ensure your contact information is correct when entering.
Are the winners published somewhere?
No public winner list is published. For data protection and privacy reasons, winners are only contacted directly.
How will I be contacted if I win?
Winners are directly contacted via email and/or telephone. Hankook never asks for payment or sensitive information to claim a prize. If you receive such a request, please ignore it and notify us.
Can I change my prize?
In general, prizes cannot be exchanged or changed. If a winner cannot accept the prize, another winner will be determined according to the Terms and Conditions.
I can’t accept the prize because I’m busy on the date. Can I reschedule or change it?
Unfortunately, prizes — especially event-related prizes with fixed dates — cannot be rescheduled or changed. If you’re unable to attend, we will have to award the prize to another participant.
Can I give the tickets I have won to someone else (e.g. friends/family)?
Unfortunately not, if you’re unable to attend, we will have to award the prize to another participant. The prize is non-transferable.
Who can participate?
Participation is generally open to all residents of the specified countries who are at least 18 years old. Please check the Terms and Conditions for detailed eligibility requirements.
Does it cost anything to take part?
No. Participation in hankook.win raffles is completely free of charge. You are never asked to pay to enter or claim a prize.
How often can I participate?
Unless otherwise stated in the raffle description, you may participate once per raffle. Multiple entries per raffle from the same person may be excluded.
How are winners selected?
Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries after the raffle closes. The draw is conducted fairly and transparently in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Will I receive further information about the prize?
Yes. Our team will contact the winners and share all needed information.
Does the price include hotel accommodation?

Is it possible to purchase additional tickets?
No, it is not possible to purchase additional tickets via our team.
I received a suspicious message saying I won. How do I know it’s really from Hankook?
Hankook will only contact winners via the official channels (email and/or telephone). We never ask for bank details, passwords, or payments. If you receive a suspicious message, please ignore it and reach out via our official contact form.
