Kick-off for season 2021/22
Alongside the UEFA Europa League, another exciting competition is being launched, offering a broader range of clubs from the national leagues the chance to show off against attractive teams on the big football stage: the UEFA Europa Conference League, sponsored by Laufenn – a Brand by Hankook Tire.
At the same time, the pandemic has hit smaller football clubs in the amateur sector very hard, leading to a loss of members, restrictions in training and – often – a lack of sponsorship.
The Local Heroes Challenge
To promote a strong football culture directly at its roots, Hankook and Laufenn partner with UEFA on a new kind of competition focusing on local football clubs all across Europe: On each matchday, you can win a full set of premium football kits to equip your team with high quality jerseys, shorts and socks in your club colours.
